In peace and quiet, because the Street de Contrada Marchesi, silently connects to the old cart track and now forest path for the connection with San Angelo in Pontano. The street is a typical Strada Bianchi, with various height differences and viewing locations. All the way east from Gualdo, our house is located about 1.5 km from the village, with its small village supermarket, bakery, butcher, fruit and vegetable shop and other local shops. You will find restaurants in our village and various castle towns at least 10 minutes away by car.

Other things to note

Our family room is located on the 2nd floor of our house with ensuite bathroom with bath. Due to the height of the ridge of our house, you can look at the fantastic authentic roof construction from the past at the top of our house. The bathroom has the same charming atmosphere with bath, sink and toilet, and requires some adaptability. the limited height of the sloping centuries-old oak beams of the roof.Entering the premises and your room is only possible by stairs and passing the first floor of the building. So you need to share the entrance and exit with the first floor inhabitants.
