Cancellation policy

Low season (1 June - 14 July and September 1st. - October 1st.):

Free cancellation is possible in low season up to 48 hours before arrival time. If you do not cancel before this deadline, we will charge you 50% of the total cost of the reservation.

High season (15 July - 31 August): cancellation is free only 10 days before the arrival date for bookings

of less than 2 days.

For bookings longer than 2 days, cancellation is free up to 5 days before the arrival date.

In any other case, we will request payment of the full amount of your reservation if you cancel

within 24 hours before arrival.

If you want to book immediately, we require a minimum down payment of 30% of the total rental amount.

You can pay this via bank transfer or down payment via our Paypal account.

We will settle the total amount of your stay including additional costs upon departure.

Payment on location is possible by card and cash.
