Further information

Due to the many height differences on our site, the garden and house are unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users.

Enjoy all the terraces in our garden while lying in one of the lounge furniture, hammocks or patio chairs. The olive trees and various parasols and shady places on our terrace provide the necessary cooling in the summer.

The garden is so spacious that you can relax in peace with a book and a drink.

Our swimming pool and jacuzzi are available to all our guests. If you wish to use the jacuzzi, please inform Alexandra in advance so that it can be prepared.

You can even enjoy a refreshing drink in the pool and jacuzzi.



How we started

As we always have dreamed of an adventure abroad

and a silent refuge of our day to day life, in 2019 we bought this old farmhouse dating back to 1669 in the rural surroundings of Gualdo Macerata.


Le Marche region is close to our heart as we love being outdoors, hiking, biking and just enjoying the simple country life.


Our "Casa Al Fondo" was love at first sight situated at the ultimate end of the Contrada Marchesi, with only a small forest trail that connects us with the next village of Sant Angelo in Pontano, but also with all the wildlife living near to our house.




Our team

I am your hostess Alexandra and 24/7 always available.

I am living on site with my 2 lovely Labrador dogs in a smaller tiny house on the premisses near the swimming pool.
