About the property

Our Family Floor is very suitable for families and friends with a maximum of 4 adults and 2 smaller children up to 12 years old and is located on the first floor of our old farm house. This floor is accessible via the entrance with external stairs from the garden and the shared main entrance. From the garden door you directly enter the various terraces and the swimming pool on the southwest side. You share this entrance with guests staying on the second floor of our house. The cozy living room on this floor has a cozy sitting area with a sofa and 2 armchairs, a wood-burning fireplace and a TV. The bathroom for you and your group is also located on this floor and is equipped with a sink, toilet and walk-in shower.You can safely stay here with at least 4 adults and 1 or 2 smaller children up to 12 years old. The two bedrooms are directly accessible from the living room, and are both equipped with an electric kettle and a Nespresso machine. The bathroom is located next to all the connected rooms.

Our Family Floor is located on the first floor of the main building of Casa Al Fondo.At the rear end of Contrada Marchesi, connecting with a small forest trail now only suitable for hiking, mountainbiking and 4x4 cross.Our closest neighbors are approx. 500 meters away from the main house.

Other things to note

This first floor with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room, is part of the main building of Casa Al Fondo. This is not a self-contained unit and has no kitchen equipment. When you book this accommodation, you will use the spaces made available to you. Breakfast prepared by your hostess Alexandra is included in the price of your reservation. If you cause damage to the rooms and/or furniture, you will be charged for this by your hostess at check-out.
